It’s possible if you are taking the meds together. To be safe, always take any other meds or supplements at least 4 hours away from thyroid meds.
You can retest your thyroid levels to make sure. Just remember to always test first thing in the morning. In addition to a TSH, I recommend a free t4 and free t3. That way, if your free t3 level is low that could explain the fatigue.
