   No alcohol is good! Alcohol causes stomach irritation. And although some people think that milk is good for an ulcer, it is actually an irritant to the stomach. Alcohol consumption should be reduced or avoided because:
     Alcohol increases stomach acid production.
     Alcohol relaxes the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), allowing stomach contents to reflux up into the esophagus.
     When the LES relaxes, swallowing causes contractions to become erratic.
     Alcohol makes the esophagus more sensitive to stomach acid.
     Alcohol can lead to the development of peptic ulcers and interfere with healing of ulcers already present.
   It is therefore prudent to avoid alcohol at all costs, unless you like pain and the possibility of stomach cancer

   Alcohol irritates the stomach lining and increase acid reflux. To cure his stomach and correct the problem, stay away from alcohol and tomatoes and other foods high in acid.
     If you must drink, eat several pieces of bread and butter first. To protect your stomach and keep your body absorb the alcohol.
     Of course, you can order a soft drink if you only have to be sociable.
     By the way, soda is a major contributor to acid reflux. Drop it. Eating a couple of carrots before bedtime to give your stomach something to work while you sleep. DO NOT USE Tums or Rolaids, or any of those. The consistent use of the compounds the problem.

   Do not drink! If you insist, pick something thats not as acidic as a pina colada, minus the coconut over pineapple. O no pineapple in the case.
