Mainly fruits, and veggies. Nothing fried. Just remember when you eat and later the reflux returns do not eat it again.

I am on 1 Nexium tablet a day for Acid Reflux and can eat anything I like without it causing any pain. Ask you GP is there anything you can take which will not react with your asthma meds or cause your asthma to worsen.

Pablum, unless you can take the medication for AR,I have taken 1 pill a day for the last 6 years and AR has not bothered me in the slightest. I have been able to eat foods(spicy) that were off the list again. See your MD. he can prescribe the right one for you.
