You can use baking soda and water. It burp.
About 1 / 2 cup water 1 / 2 tsp. baking soda. It's a very old-fashioned alternative, but it works. Good Luck. .

I have a home remedy, I'm sorry, but if you have bad acid reflux you need to see a doctor and get something like prevacid to help neutralize the acid. This can be very dangerous and cause cancer of the esophagus. I've been on prescription drugs for this use for years and suffer terribly with back pain between her shoulders also caused.

Chewing mint leaves or chewing chalk or grate a teaspoon of ginger and put it in a cup of boiled water and let it stew until cool enough to drink and not to strain it.
Or drinking a can of cold soda quickly.

Some people get the results of approximately 1 / 3 teaspoon of baking soda in water and drink it down. It helps absorb the acids that cause discomfort. If it persists, call your doctor. There are medications that do a great job with reflux.

Do you have any cooked pasta or rice at home?
swallow a little of that, it absorbs the acid
