What Is The Best Way/medicine To Help Acid Reflux?

I have acid reflux, and am currently taking Prilosec OTC.
It seems to help, as I am getting a lot of fluid in the mouth (even after taking the drug).
So what is the best medicine or how to help my acid reflux

I used to have a lot of acid reflux and that was compounded by taking antacids and also very cold water and drinking before bedtime. There is a simple way to fix it if you get it and it sounds crazy, but it takes a spoonful of cider vinegar. It really works. To prevent further acid reflux, eating carbohydrate and protein separately works for me. It also normalizes your weight gain, if too thin, too fat you lose.
Try the book "The combination of foods for health" If you need to see how it works in detail Mor. Good luck lowering medication.

Prilosec and everything is the worst thing you can do
I came across a brochure in the health food store on the use of orange peel extract.
I tried it and it worked perfectly. I have had RA since.
perhaps the cost is $ 20. I had to order it online because I could not find locally. I think his name was put out the fire.
you can read the brochure here: http://www. natmedonline. com

How temporary relief medication is fine, but it helps get rid of the problem. Excess weight (as someone has already suggested) and smoking may contribute to the problem first. A diet high in protein, low-fat foods such as turkey or skinless chicken breast, skim milk powder, fish and beans can actually strengthen the valve that protects the esophagus. Good luck.
