Drinking milk can help sometimes. Also, stay away from spicy foods, alcohol or carbonated beverages. Do not lie well. Stay seated and try to wear loose clothing. If you take an analgesic at home, try something with acetaminophen rather than aspirin or ibuprofen. These may worsen the situation. Hope this helps! Try not to eat too much before bedtime, too.

Works of mint tea. If it is a common problem for you, try not to eat anything within 3 hours before bedtime. Furthermore, very fatty foods, spicy foods and carbonated drinks do not help, so reducing them, or eat early in the day.
