strong tea of chamomile, a Romanian friend told me that this old remedy. Works fine, but remember that considers only the symptom not the cause. Laying on the floor of my back to me somehow, and fast, but when I wake up is back after a few minutes.

The fastest and most important change for the better with the vinegar (written by), but make sure it is Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg with the “mother”). Available at grocery stores.

You can, however, use apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons) in 6 ml of warm water and 1 teaspoon of honey to remove the acid. You can also use a tablespoon of chlorophyll in a 6 oz glass of water. Or turn your stomach-alkaline, which is the real culprit here. The things that cause acid reflux are: stress, tomatoes, pickles, sugar, alcohol, poor quality fats (sesame oil and a good extra virgin olive oil should be the only) and others are individual triggers. Watch what you eat and see what interests them. If you can not stop eating things that cause them, get a handle on it. Good luck!
