What everyday foods are good for pregnancy heartburn?
Yes, I am struck in the third quarter and the child is tall enough and pushing all enough to give me heartburn in noche.Yo good old just wanted to see what people had suggestions for getting rid of heartburn naturally. This is my second time and I do not remember what I did with all my first, besides Tums.Estoy looking more along the lines of what should be put on the dinner to help.

Green Apples helped at first, but my heart burns and indigestion was so bad that I had to get a doctor’s prescription to help me. Everything has stopped working.

Avoid too much sodium if posible.Pero acidity honestly happen, no matter what, because everything is so distorted because of the size of bebé.Ha times I have been yawning a deep breath and got heartburn.

eat cookies and take a tablespoon of olive juice raw, but I know that this also eat meals ayudóDNT grasosasy DNT any drink wit ur n ur food then eat alone drinking Sumthin

Potatoes from my grandmother when she refused to put all the chemicals in your body. Hope that helps. I think that starchy foods are cut for me, but I Pepcid AC and Tums. . . . Actually my doc told me I could take both. This is the only reason I’m doing both and starches: D

Banana is impressive. I had indigestion all the days of my pregnancy, the only thing that helped me a lot of milk and bananas. Try to take some antacid like Mylanta or Gaviscon liquid. These helped me a lot!

Well Drink a glass of milk always helps me. 33 weeks along and I know all about heartburn. Another thing I could do was try to stay away from tomato variety in their food. This is one of the worst opener for me BC acidity of tomato nothing acidicness LOL. We also have a size of Tums container by your bed at Nite;) The water sometimes also helped, or take a bath. I do not know why, but it works for me

I used Rolaids. When you eat spicy foods or foods that have a lot of fat for a walk and wait 3 hours before bedtime. Support your head with a blanket or pillow to help much.
