I am also a teenager with acid reflux and lactose intolerance, so I feel for you. Here are some of my favorite foods to eat much.
Pretzels (preferred: Pretzel Goldfish)
Granola bars (Quaker Chewy Bars)
Apples
Bananas
Peanut Butter
Almonds
Ice Pops / sorbet
Even if you have been diagnosed with lactose intolerance, try taking a pill LACTAID (no prescription required) the right to start eating dairy products, might help. Also, if you will treat yourself to spicy food, the best medicine after the fact for bad heartburn, I've found is Zantac

I do not think baby food is the answer (ie in newborns ????)
Have you tried soy, rice or almond milk? In addition, the doctor probably can give you medicine to take before eating that can help pay for the first stomach (many over-the-counter, but you should ask first, given his age and in fact you are lactose intolerant probably) Then you can eat some spicy foods, but do not overdo the hot sauce!

Several things cause reflux. A major one is eating properly digested before having the previous meal. Okay, you've just had breakfast or lunch or whatever. A main meal. After half an hour later you pop something in your mouth. Your stomach digests in stages, as the first stage, stage two and so on. It begins with the food ingested. And how is that going to do if you happen to the third stage with their big meal and swallowed something new? If you're dropping back into a stage or go? The new material is behind the eight ball and are not processed correctly. Stomach, poor gets really confusing. Therefore boiling acid into the esophagus.
This is compounded if you eat spicy foods. Some of us just do not eat that are made. So do not.
Know yourself and look after your best friend. Yes, that thing is spinning in. Your body tells you when mistakes are made. Listen and support you in whatever you want to do in life.
Enjoy your life.

My husband has acid reflux really bad and it takes a Pepcid AC every morning. Helps you eat what you want. Have you tried taking any medication for it?

Well you can eat spicy food, drinking only water and baking soda together, just like a pinch.

if acid reflux is bad, I would suggest medication first instead of restricting their diet. . .
