    @simsfan2183 try some appple cider with some vinegar mixed it should help in 30 seconds…if u want something more soothing and not too salty drink some juice (NO CITRUS ACID JUST MAKES IT WORSE) and add a small break in each sip if ur a girl sip 8 times if ur a boy sip 7 times and adult or teenager should be alwasy 10 sips

  14. simsfan2183 Says:

    I’ve been waking up coughing for the past week or so. I have acid reflex

  15. chadsexinton Says:

    how does the LES become weak and open?

  16. canaan1967 Says:

    Acid Reflux has nothing to do with structure or form. It is caused by a lack of Hydrochloric Acid which causes food to rot and ferment in stomach because it can’t be digested. The acid that flows up into esophagus is not hyrdrochloric acid but lactic acid

  17. yusuckass8 Says:

    I have a question though. I had the endoscopy done and I was diagnosed with Acid Reflux….I was put on Nexium for a long time and many other acid pills, and it got better and yes everything feels good :) But every once in awhile I get tiny mild burns in the middle of my esophagus…is that bad?I mean it’s just mild and tiny burns nothing big big big and I don’t feel dizzy or lose my breath, it’s just a small burn…could that still cause cancer?

  18. sxv32idf Says:

    it really sucks to have it! for some reason mine are very often associated with burping. i try to suppress it sometimes by tightening my stomach/diaphragm but that only delays it for a moment. and for some reason, it hurts more going down than it does coming up. uhhh! i don’t even really understand why i have it either! i know i haven’t had it all me life!

  19. michaelmjharris Says:

    @BeNNzuFG

    I have reflux disease :/

  21. domhan123 Says:

    i get it from drinking cider, i know its not good..

  22. 1bANNAna Says:

    @lacore1988 No it isnt bad. Milk in a way tends to neutralize HCl thats the reason why the pain passes but if u ve been having this for a long time u should check it out maybe it needs to be treated by medicine.

  23. Fireembler Says:

    @BeNNzuFG Me too :D

  24. saltxPEPPER Says:

  30. SalviaSeatBelt Says:

    @boomboxlove8 how do you use it? can you explain why you’d want to make ‘it less acidic’ ? I thought the idea is to make more HC acid .

  31. Shad0wize Says:

    @cordellcarrier cayenne peper is good , try cimbre menth lemmon tea with honney a tea spoon of cayenne peper cinnamon in 1 cump and drink it
    so 1 teaspon of cayenne
    Just a drop of cinnamon
    half a teaspoon of cimbre
    honney 1 teaspoon.

    after that eat fruits and drink tea etc. it helps you , i was sneezing all day becouse of the gyms conditionated air , it was cold in there , when i got home i had the same thing on , that helps 99% i never got sick from then , you can drink as much as you want!

  32. SpaceAgeCityMusic Says:

    @BellaaMarlene i highly suggest going to earth clinic . com.. and read everything you can on ph balance, alkalinity and acid reflux, etc. ive almost completely CURED myself simply by making my ph more alkaline. the remedies i follow are such: eating more alkaline foods.. take 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) in water 3 times a day on an empty stomach , add potassium citrate for a minimum of 2 weeks. a tablespoon of milk of magnesia, in water some days may kill certain bacteria.

  33. SpaceAgeCityMusic Says:

    @BellaaMarlene hey… ive had every stomach problem there is… hiatal hernia, acid reflux, distention, spasms etc… i posted previously that eating too much bread and sugar (artificial too) are problems for digestion because they are acid forming.. too much meat too… but i suggest you first correct your ph balance… ive had more success doing this then i had with cayenne or even apple cider vinegar (which is alkaline forming). candida, parasites etc do NOT survive in alkaline environments.

  34. SpaceAgeCityMusic Says:

    a few things work well ive discovered… apple cider vinegar… 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in water… cayenne peper… cloves…. ginger… turmeric… among other things. its mostly a ph balance problem, and too much sugar, meats or breads can cause over acidity. eat more alkaline / raw foods, try apple cider vinegar, and avoid eating too much acid forming foods.

  35. sevenofnine486 Says:

    @cordellcarrier
    true, white bread and sugar is the cause

  36. joadis8 Says:

    @boomboxlove8 at what time of the day do you take it? is it before breakfast or does it matter?

  37. canaan1967 Says:

    What about people who say there are two different kinds of Reflux. One of them caused by lack of HCA and one cause by too much HCA. I think it’s BS. It has to be due to a lack of HCA. Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice works just fine for me

  38. sanawman Says:

    you’re the worst informer ever

  39. PLAlfa Says:

    who has ever had stomakache 1 hour later after taking anty acid remedies?

  40. BellaaMarlene Says:

    i also suspected candida so i tried a virgin coconut oil fast for days (b/c it cured other peoples candida) but when i did the fast it was hell & NO candida came to the toilet. the coconut oil (aka fat) was immensely hard to digest i had stomach constipation the whole time & loads of bile came out the toilet which burned.

    whats wrong with me are some people just incurable??!

  41. BellaaMarlene Says:

    @boomboxlove8 i drank that stuff but it didnt cure my acid reflux. my stomach acid TOO LOW & im malnourished for years without a solution

  42. BellaaMarlene Says:

    @cordellcarrier i did a juice fast for days & my reflux did not get cured I still bloated & belched just from those juices alone. i got constipated even worse too

  43. BellaaMarlene Says:

    I DONT KNOW ANY CURE. eating fruit alone also never digests either. everything sits in my gut for hours where it likely rots & goes to waste. im malnourished to the max b/c i look extremely unhealthy even though im a fruit/veg junkie

    my stomach acid is low & my face is always erupting pustules & zits. supplements were a waste

  44. icemansam2212 Says:

    im lost lol

  45. Athnyha Says:

    Chiropractic adjustment for low-nerve energy in the stomach? Sounds like gastroparesis to me…

  46. Athnyha Says:

    @cordellcarrier Cayenne pepper and water? This is a troll, you dick. Don’t try this

  47. Betsy0122 Says:

    The medical response is usually medications. It is a very serious condition – I know that relief can be achieved with a pillow wedge acid reflux, however just as this video mentions the root cause needs to be addressed.

  48. endaira78 Says:

    @gezkah
    If are in pain right now, tou can take a apple cider vinager tbs. in a glass of water, if you feel better maybe u can try de HCL. good luck!
