I love being healthy! And you always remember the bliss of healthiness when something isn’t working properly. . . specifically having heartburn. But the greatest part about my health business is the e-mails I get from my customers who have discovered the bliss of being 100% healthy again. And at this moment, I have well over a thousand e-mails from ex-acid reflux sufferers who have thanked me and advised me on what natural remedy worked for them.
You read that correctly! There is not one single natural cure for acid reflux. But there are well over ten natural remedies that have been extremely successful for our customers. And 9 out of 10 people who try to cure their disease naturally find success.
And after reading a recent e-mail, I couldn’t help but smile and think how millions of others could feel like Judie and cure acid reflux naturally. In fact, she even made our websites main page for this e-mail testimonial. “I Cured my Acid Reflux Naturally” ~ Judie
“Hi, thank you for your report. I would just like to tell you that I tried the acid reflux remedy that you have, and I am amazed.
My reflux had lasted for over a week, I actually had to see a doctor. The doctor gave me Pepcid. Then I decided to go to WebMd and look for something natural, and I found your website.
I followed every step you told me to, and in a day and a half, I felt so good I decided to try eating the foods I liked.
So I’ve been eating everything like I always did, and I have no acid reflux anymore!
It was so simple and easy. Thank you, it’s great to be able to eat good food again and not suffer. ”
-Judie Hunt, Alabama Acid Reflux Disease- Is it killing you?
The year was 1976. I almost lost my dad that year because of GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), also called Acid Reflux. My dad, Bob, had an extreme acid reflux problem and doctors only suggestion was stomach surgery. He agreed and days later he came breaths away from death.
But 30 years later, he has been acid reflux free for years with no medication, no surgery, no doctors and no bills. And just how did he do it? He cured acid reflux naturally! And so can you. Check out our webpage to hear his story and discover his secret remedy.
Do you suffer from GERD? Are you sick of worrying about it? Are you tired of paying for expensive doctor’s appointments and medications? Are you wishing someone would find a cure?
If you answered yes to any of these, you are part of the millions who are also suffering from acid reflux. In fact, in 2005 the U. S. sales of acid-fighting drugs were nearly $13 billion in sales. And American doctors wrote more than 95 million prescriptions for the drugs.
But are millions wasting billions? Yes! Because you can naturally cure this disease by allowing your body to heal itself and helping your body strengthen the lower esophageal sphincter (LES). And most of the time, all it takes is altering your diet for a week, looking at what you’re drinking, a simple piece of fruit, and a simple exercise to strengthen your LES. Acid Reflux Disease Tips
If you suffer from acid reflux here is a simple plan to cure your disease in weeks. First off, you need to allow your esophagus to heal from the acid. You can do this by eating soft foods and avoiding anything with a hard texture. Do this for at least 4-5 days while drinking water. (Tip: Drink half of your body weight in ounces every day)
It would also be recommended that you stay away from the following: spicy foods, coffee, and alcohol during this time period.
During these few days, you will notice a drastic change in your esophagus and also your LES (Lower Esophageal Sphincter) which must be strengthened to normally open and close allowing food to enter the stomach and prevents acid in your stomach from backing up into your esophagus.
And if you are interested in curing your acid reflux disease with natural remedies that have been researched and proven to work, please visit our website today and be fully cured by next week. In fact, my dad even reveals a natural remedy that works and he still uses today on our webpage.
And finally, if you are the least bit skeptical (I understand because there is a lot of garbage out there), our report has had a 97% success rate and is guaranteed to work or you don’t pay a cent.
Food can make you feel like a king or it can make you feel like a prisoner. In the case of acid reflux, various foods will make you feel like a prisoner. Have you ever felt imprisoned by the symptoms of heartburn? Millions do!
Acid reflux, also called heartburn or Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), is a disease that can affect the youngest infants to the oldest elderly people. In fact, it has been documented that over 25 million Americans suffer from acid reflux on a daily basis. And about half of those sufferers do not seek treatment for their disease and live in misery. The fortunate news is that you can naturally cure acid reflux with the correct acid reflux diet plan.
Do you know what foods cause acid reflux? Do you know what foods help heal your esophagus and lower esophageal sphincter (LES) which will cure the cause of GERD? Is your reflux getting worse the longer you try to ignore that problem?
Maybe it is time you begin a natural acid reflux treatment involving the foods you eat. Should I use Acid Reflux Prescription Drugs?
Most sufferers who seek help use prescription drugs like Prilosec, Prevacid or Nexium to help combat their problem. Typically, these drugs will help treat the symptoms for two weeks but long-term use can cause the body to produce an extra amount of acid. Let me explain.
After using these drugs for14 days, the body begins to make a gastrin. Gastrin is a hormone that tells your stomach to make more acid. While making more acid is a problem, it is a small problem compared to the risk of developing cancer in the digestive tract. If you have taken these drugs, you will notice the bold print warning; do not take for more than 14 days (2 weeks)!
And is there another option? Not really! Some seek out surgery but most of the time it is unnecessary because simple acid reflux dieting tips are usually just as effective.
Here are 5 tips that could liberate you from this disease. 5 Acid Reflux Dieting Tips1. What not to eat! I am going to start with probably the biggest causes of heartburn. Here are some of the foods that trigger it: chocolate; citrus fruits; spicy foods; fatty foods; and fried foods. I would recommend keeping a journal noting the times and the foods that could have possibly caused the flare-up. You should notice a pattern in a few weeks. 2. Soft foods! To begin the acid reflux diet treatment, we recommend eating soft foods for the first few days (2-3 days) of your treatment. During this time, your esophagus and LES will be able to do the majority of the healing. Avoid all crunchy foods that could scratch the esophagus while being digested. 3. Water! You should begin drinking a tall glass of water after every meal. We recommend eating 5 smaller meals per day as opposed to 3 large meals. Water will help cleanse the LES so it closes up tighter, not allowing gases and acid to leak up into your esophagus, causing the pain. 4. Chew! This is a habit you should begin Now! You should chew your food as thoroughly as possible before you swallow. There are many benefits including: aid in digestion; reduces food consumption; prevents heartburn; and will eventually help you lose weight. 5. Apples! Here is a common acid reflux natural remedy that has worked for thousands of my customers. My dad also discusses this remedy on our website. Naturally Cure Acid Reflux Today!

Acid reflux is a very common condition for adults. It can be extremely painful and linger which seems like forever and ever. A healthy diet and a few home remedies could be a natural cure for acid reflux.
Spring water for acid reflux can reduce and swindle the total amount of acid that your stomach may possess, causing the acid reflux to decrease in size, or leave without a trace. Although this hasn’t been a proven natural cure for acid reflux, most people who try it can see the difference when they hadn’t been trying it previously.
Chlorine-containing tap water alone could cause acid reflux alone. Spring water is chlorine-free. Also, the apple-cider vinegar cure is another natural cure for acid reflux that can benefit you and your health.
Another natural cure for acid reflux can be a good quality of yogurt consumed several times a day along with two acidophilus/bifodophilus capsules with a high bacterial count. Taking the capsules around 2-3 times a day with each meal for around 3 weeks straight for the symptoms of acid reflux to tally, and naturally, subside.
Yogurt contains a lot of bacteria, which is good for eating up the acid inside of your stomach. Eating a cup of yogurt in the morning, lunch, and after dinner should get you results after only one week.
If you do not want to increase the overall pain of acid reflux, stay away from aspirin and ibuprofen. These two drugs can spark up the acid within your stomach and cause you to have the acid reflux worse than ever before â?? these are the most common things people use today that can spark up the acid reflux, and is one of those things you do not want to use with a natural cure for acid reflux.
You are not alone and you are not the only one searching for a treatment for GERD. Internet statistics show that people searching for GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease), acid reflux and heartburn have been exponentially increasing over the past few years. And there are 2 possible reasons because of the high internet traffic on this subject.
People are discovering that taking antacids will only treat the GERD for weeks! And millions of people have been permanently treating acid reflux with a simple treatment for GERD that is natural and heals the esophagus and lower esophageal sphincter (LES) and have been letting others know about! Some doctors are even recommending a few natural remedies.
And as natural treatments are no longer taboo, many antacid companies are rethinking their products and some doctors are now using natural health remedies. Throw Away Your Antacids
Have you looked on the back of antacids such as Nexium, Tagamet, Omeprazole, Prvacid, and Zantac? You will notice that these antacids can only be used for an 8 week maximum. And there is a reason for this…
The reason why you should stop taking antacids is because they cause your body to make a hormone called gastrin. Gastrin causes your stomach to make more stomach acid thus alleviating the heartburn problem. But gastrin also increases the risk of cancer to the digestive tract. Some say that antacids will someday be banned by the FDA?
Thousands of our customers have thrown away there antacids permanently and you can too!8 Tips to Naturally Treat Acid Reflux with Your Lifestyle

Gerd (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) is an ugly sounding word which has become the popular standard for describing acid reflux disease. A simple definition for Gerd would be the reflux or splashing up of digestive fluids from the stomach into the esophagus.
The term Gerd has only been used for about twenty years. The symptoms are heartburn, chest pain, regurgitation of gastric juices and difficulty swallowing. Other problems can be a lack of sleep, nausea, labored breathing and abdominal pain.
Gerd can become a very serious life threatening matter. When left unchecked this condition can develop into Barrett’s Esophagus, which is a precursor to esophageal cancer.
The human body was designed to keep gastric acid in the stomach where it belongs. Its function is to sterilize and digest what we eat and drink. Stomach acid is mainly composed of hydrochloric acid which is a very powerful corrosive agent.
The lower esophageal sphincter (LES) is a muscular valve at the bottom of the esophagus which allows ingested material to move down into the stomach. It is designed to close and keep this material from coming back up. Most people who experience Gerd do so because the LES becomes relaxed and malfunctions, allowing acid to reflux. Where the stomach has an acid proof lining the esophagus does not and is easily damaged by stomach acid.
Why the world is being plagued by this phenomenon is quite a mystery, but it is estimated that over 300 million people worldwide suffer from the symptoms of this disorder. The medical community relies mainly on pharmaceutical drugs to treat these symptoms. Unfortunately, most doctors have no knowledge of nutrition or alternative natural therapy. In most cases, their job is to treat the symptoms of acid reflux, not to cure the disease.
Common sense would dictate that Gerd has everything to do with what we eat and drink. It is, however, more complicated than that. It has a lot to do with how we eat and drink, as well. Most of us know that there are certain foods that we find difficult, as individuals, to digest. Everyone is different. We can all react differently to the same food or beverage. Some people cannot easily digest tomato sauce while others have no problem with it. Avoiding so called “trigger” foods is an important first step in overcoming Gerd.
Eating on the run usually means eating unhealthy food too quickly. Not chewing properly is a major contributor to acid indigestion. We live in a culture where most people eat lunch in a rushed environment at the office or in a fast food facility. Most of these meals are loaded with hard to digest fats and sugars and have very little food value. Carbonated beverages relax the LES causing heartburn, as well. Eating fruits like bananas and apples would be a far more healthy choice.
Drinking alcohol and smoking may also relax the LES and even chocolate makes it lazy. One should limit daily alcohol consumption to one or two glasses of red wine. Besides the evident danger of smoking tobacco, it also causes the body to be acidic in nature. An acidic body is not a good place for proper digestion. Coffee stimulates the hypersecretion of gastric acids. Having a cup of Kukicha Twig Tea, which is very alkaline, would be a better option.
Even a modest amount of stress can contribute to indigestion. Eating should be conducted in a quiet, restful and peaceful place. Eating a meal in front the TV can exacerbate poor digestion. It’s hard to feel relaxed while watching the evening news – imagine what it does to your stomach. Another form of stress is physical stress. Being over weight and wearing tight clothing can put pressure on the abdominal area forcing the contents of the stomach upward.
Many pharmaceutical drugs have an acidic affect on the body and therefore contribute to digestive ailments. I have found that for almost any pharmaceutical drug there is a natural treatment that can be used instead. Most drugs are synthesized versions of some naturally occurring substance, anyway.
Besides all the things we should avoid in order to be Gerd free, there are many natural and healthy ways to overcome acid indigestion. Eating alkaline foods, drinking enough water and even chewing gum can be beneficial. Chewing gum before and after eating produces saliva. Saliva is very alkaline and aids in digestion.
Herbs like marshmallow, slippery elm and licorice root have a positive affect in reducing acidity. They also decrease inflammation and sooth areas damaged by contact with acid. Ginger has the ability to actually absorb acid and is beneficial in aiding all types of digestive problems. There are spices like cumin and turmeric which have the ability to fight off digestive difficulties.
The incidence of gerd is greater in people over the age of forty, but it can affect anyone, even infants. Gerd affects people of every age, socioeconomic class and race. Rather than relying on dangerous and expensive drugs to curb the symptoms of this condition, we should strive to cure it naturally. By using natural remedies and a little common sense anyone can become Gerd free.
