I plan to supplement with formula next month when my baby will be 3 months old. He has acid reflux and is probably lactose-intolerant / possible milk allergy. Which formula is recommended I will be asking the pediatrician as well. But before I speak with him, I wanted to find out what is widely used so that I can ask him if I can use the same for my baby. My daughter is 4 weeks old and has acid reflux and I feel like I am starving. Can anyone give me ideas on what I can eat, I am currently avoiding dairy and citrus foods. So I am eating potatoes, bread, pasta and pears. So if anyone has been thought on this and can give me an idea of a diet that would be great. Seriouse answers only please, thanks.

My daughter has acid reflux and often keep their food down. She spits evrything and the only way I've found to feed her is to keep her seated and fed. She has everything you spit so far.
