I am a teen who suffers from acid reflux. I am not over weight, and I usually eat healthy. I also exercise 5 times a week & drink plenty of water. I had acid reflux as a baby, and have started having it as a teen. Before going on medication, my doctor says I should try natural ways, to avoid those nasty medications.
