My girlfriend thinks she has acid reflux. She went on vacation last week and she said her symptoms were better. But yesterday she had Chinese food for lunch (which she has probably 3 out of the 5 days in a work week. ) Is the Chinese food triggering acid reflux What foods should she avoid to keep it from triggering What foods are good for her to eat

I need to get some easy, healthy recipes to try. I am three months pregnant and have heartburn and nausea horribles.Mi girlfriend is allergic to chicken, and an enzyme in green leafy vegetables (weird, I know). . . so I really need something healthy and green, chicken (or anything I can add the chicken to the side), and suitable for the son of my four years of food edad.Cualquier particularly suitable for pregnant women would be great or any website. . . thanks

I am 26 weeks pregnant, and EVERYTHING I eat or drink causes bad heartburn for me. EVEN WATER!!!
I do take Tums, but don’t like to take them a lot because they can cause kidney/bladder stones.
What foods/drinks should I completely avoid What foods/drinks help

I hear baking soda and warm water helps, but I found this site that states 2 foods to treat acid reflux, but you have to pay to download the information. Does anyone know the secret My wife’s boots and uncontrollable belching, bloating and OT C medicines do not work. Someone please help!

Yes, I am struck in the third quarter and the child is tall enough and pushing all enough to give me heartburn in noche.Yo good old just wanted to see what people had suggestions for getting rid of heartburn naturally. This is my second time and I do not remember what I did with all my first, besides Tums.Estoy looking more along the lines of what should be put on the dinner to help.
