Question by llovesurmom: lost voice after screaming, won’t seem to come back completely..help!?
about 2 months ago i went to my first basketball game and i enjoyed it very much, i was screaming for the home team, etc etc
during the game my throat began to hurt and i was really hoarse and scratchy
its not like i had the greatest voice to begin with, but now everytime i sing it sounds sooo horrible. before, my voice flowed smoothly and now i sound like ashlee simpson when she had “acid reflux”
WHAT IS THIS??
how can i get my voice flowing again?

u damaged your vocal cords a little bit sip something with vitamin c and take a mulitvitamin it will eventually return to normal

This week I t having all week and I’ll vomit while belching what comes out on its own as food never goes all the way down as before. My r Rules are not normal, they’ve never t, But the last Silent May 31 I had to have m Medicine fertile to get pregnant the initial registration time.
