Planning Your Acid Reflux Diet

Acid reflux is a medical condition that affects people of all ages. Acid reflux occurs when the stomach produces acid to digest food and that acid regurgitates into the esophagus.   Some low-risk foods to be included in your diet acid reflux are:
  Extra lean beef
  Lean chicken or turkey breast
  Fish
  Breads and grains
  Under the fruit such as bananas and apples
  Green vegetables, carrots and cabbage
  Low-or no-fat dairy products
  This is not a complete list of food pose a risk to an acid reflux diet. This is a compilation which should be enough to get its first planned menu. Although these are considered low risk of causing the symptoms of acid reflux, some people may be sensitive to certain foods and have problems with them, whether they are on the list.
