  1. M. Meuse-Allard Says:

This book was amazing to me. With only the introduction and read the first chapter, I had the opportunity to adapt my behavior enough to minimize eating late at nite and early morning and that was just the beginning. It took me 40 years to know that this is not just my problem. If you know someone or if someone is you, come out of hiding and gain control over their lives. This effect of all aspects of life. To know this has been overwhelming and liberation.

Easy to read, but just a little ‘more information than the plethora of websites on the subject. While reading the book I learned a lot about the symptoms and was not unique in this problem. However, I found no strong indication as a solution to the problem. The disease has recently been recognized to have a lot of useful information about it. I just lock the food at night.

  3. Ellen T. Ochs Says:

I struggled with the night eating for many years. When I talk with my doctor was well aware of this supply. I am very happy that this has been studied. I think that most people do not know that we were the only ones who eat at night. The book was a great help for me.
    Thanks, Ellen />

****< Br /> This book is a simple yet thorough Night eating syndrome, a quick read (only 167 pages) but very informative. Start with a help in assessing if you have NES. . . However, I think this book is useful for people who eat too much at night, or do not meet all the criteria for the NES.

includes chapters on how to exclude other eating disorders and physical disorders, biology and psychology behind the night eating, hormonal participation in the food at night, kind of night, eating and proposals / projects to overcome each. The actions are quite predictable, but always useful, including the diary, pictures, relaxation and other behavioral interventions. In support, medicines, perseverance and Internet resources are also discussed. />
In short everything you thought it was a good, easy to understand book on a rare condition discussed now coming to public attention.
