    I bought this book after seeing a list created by its writer, Dr. Minocha, and reading some reviews. It lives up to its description very well. My entire family has GI issues and/or diseases, so I’m pretty well read on both medical and alternative treatments, and this book covers the ‘natural’ remedies comprehensively. You are given sufficient information to use a remedy, and enough to give you the knowledge to pursue additional information if desired. And most importantly, in my opinion, in many cases Dr. Minocha explains WHY these conditions can exist and why these remedies should work.

    I wish we had tried a few of these remedies we didn’t know about before my husband had his entire colon removed. I am still going through this book and know it will have a special place on my medical books shelves. I plan to buy a copy for our (wonderful!) GI doctor.

    This is a superb book with excellent content. I have read lot of books on natural stomach care but none matches this one in quality. In short period of time, it has changed my outlook on living completely. I am going to recommend this book to my local library so others can benefit from it too.
