I’m 26 weeks and man o man I have horrible heartburn and acid reflex!
I heard that this is a old wives tale, just wondering if it was true/false in your case

false. I had awful heartburn, and both my babies were born with a little hair, and went bald soon after.

I had super bad heartburn with my first son. . He came out a preemie at 36 weeks and he looked like an old man. . He only had hair around his ears. . I can’t say that if he would have stayed another 4 weeks he wouldn’t have had a full grown beard but chances are very slim. . I think it’s just an old wives tale. . LOL.

There was a scientific, statistically sound study that found there is a significant correlation between hair and heartburn. However, what is true on a population level is not necessarily true all the time. So, while it’s more likely than not, it is not necessarily going to be the case in every situation.
