You should try other measures before using medication. Try avoiding spicy foods or foods with a high acidity. Eat smaller frequent meals and try to stay in an upright position for 45 minutes to an hour after eating. If this doesn’t work . . . . try some prilosect OTC. . .

Try Nexium, the purple pill! Be sure to consult your physician first, though.

I have tried lots. Protonix works best.
