How can you expect to get advice from others about what foods are safe to eat, when you said that you can not afford to get tested for food allergies and therefore do not know what foods you are allergic a? I might recommend peas and carrots and you may be allergic to either, both, or neither. You can eat and get sick or die. How, in good conscience, ask others to recommend foods that would endanger his life?

that Shaud problems. Go vegetarian. Things like tofu not upset your stomach. Vegetables are much easier to digest things like meat and junk food. You can still eat things like cake and sweets, but try to eat smaller portions. You should also start buying organic lactose-free milk 1%.

First try to avoid spicy foods. . Avoid them. . . . eat small amounts of food.
I mean frequent small meals instead of big.
Have enough time between dinner and bedtime (to avoid reflux)
Antacids or drugs to reduce the production of HCl.
I'll get more and write again. I hope to be very useful

In order to reduce or eliminate acid reflux you are going to want to stay away from fatty and acidic foods in general, as these tend to increase acid secretion for digestion. For example, you want to stay away from all citrus fruits (and juices) like oranges, lemons and tomatoes.
In addition, you will want to avoid high fat steaks (where the meat has a marbled appearance), butter, pasta, cream, ice cream, mashed potatoes, chicken nuggets, buffalo wings – I think you can see where we are going here . Also have to avoid coffee (decaffeinated or regular), all forms of alcohol (except in very small doses), and all forms of tea. Coffee, in particular, have been shown to increase activity in the esophagus, with studies showing that caffeine is not in particular that causes it, but other components are found in beans (no matter how they grab), may be prominent.
Not fall prey to old wives tale of milk to calm the stomach after a big meal. While it may help in the short run for a bit, in the long term will cause more damage by causing reflux while you sleep.
The list of foods that reduce the incidence of acid reflux is not surprising that the reflection of every nutritionist to guide sensible eating. Suggestions being, apples, bananas, baked potatoes, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, fish, eggs (whites), goat or feta cheese (you want to avoid all other cheeses), rice cakes and whole wheat bread.
At the end of the day, we should aim to reduce excess secretion of acid away from foods that require more enzymes to aid digestion.
      Hope this helps. . .
