I like spicy food, but it seems that every time you eat in Mexico, or at least really spicy food, I have heartburn, which usually lasts 10-15 minutes, unless you take an antacid. Is this normal

If you want to eat spicy food acai berry forget the ad. And ‘normal, heartburn, but the best way to win is to sip a bit’ of aloe vera juice after a meal is spicy. Get a jar of aloe juice and drink a little ‘time whenever you have heartburn or nausea or other. It always works. And I do not sell things on the road. These are all natural food stores.

This is normal for a lot of people. There are diets you can take to minimize acid reflux, but since you already know what foods set your acid reflux is best to avoid these foods or anticipate and treat heartburn.
