How Long Does Acid Reflux Last With An Infant?

My daughter has acid reflux and often keep their food down. She spits evrything and the only way I've found to feed her is to keep her seated and fed. She has everything you spit so far.

My twins had the same problem when they were born. We were told by our pediatrician to keep him as long as possible after feeding them, to ensure that burp very, very well and at night when they go to sleep (ha!) Kept at an inclination of 30 degrees to help keep milk down. It took a couple of months to grow out of it – and before you spit constantly, sometimes as a projectile out of the position of nursing. But it grew!
Our friends are the same time, but he kept spitting up formula took him (he could not nurse) and put it on Homo milk – then finally stopped and was about 10 months old!
Everything depends on the baby, but still going to grow, even though you think, how can the food when you're not down! But soon grow out of it and be in school and speak again – enjoy the infant stage while you can!

my second son had that problem and talked to his doctor and got a different formula. In general, must be approved by a doctor though. We had to go with a thicker formula that was easier for him to keep down and we had to stop and burp more than once, while food, diapers and also check to make sure that is not firm about its center, which increase expectoration. Hope this helps, good luck
