Heartburn is the burp bitterness that often follows eating. If this happens regularly, and more than 2-3 times a week, we talk about acid reflux. Usually occurs because the valve between the stomach and the esophagus does not close completamente.Si is often the case, you can have health problems related to acid-That two splashes into the esophagus. You should consult your doctor for your recomendaciones.Hay a lot of prescription drugs that can help – you must try to see what works for you. You should start with the standard treatments such as Maalox, Gelusil, Tums, Mylanta and Pepcid. Not everything works the same way. (My daughter has always had good luck with Gelusil – but not with Tums). Some foods can cause and trigger symptoms of heartburn acid reflux more than others. These foods are: cítricoschocolatebebidas with caffeine such as coffee and chili fat food refrescoalimentos cebollamentalos picantesalimentos fritosajo and tomato sauce and spaghetti and pizza are natural (no drugs) the resources that many people have had success. In addition to being away from offending foods, there are things like digestive enzymes, crystallized ginger, licorice and capsules that you can find in health stores. The remedy most people swore to me in my research is the Apple cider vinegar – about 2 teaspoons in a glass of water! I’ll have to try that too. Cheap and easy, I found some good sites through Google – www. MyHeartburnRelief. com and www. healthcentral. com and www. earthclinic. Shopping, do not worry, heartburn has no effect or interaction with the heart. It also has no relation to the height or peso.Buena usted.JavaGirl luck
