I like a night out once in w, while friends and family, but I have GERD. . . Is there a way to decrease the pain and extreme misery I get the next day? po ‘aid relief.

Ok. Fifteen years and I’m smarter than you. I have GERD / Acid Reflux Disease. Do not drink, how will worsen the symptoms. But if you insist on drinking, eating a piece of bread before you. This will help keep the acid in the stomach and are not in esouphagus. You could also start taking Prilosec OTC, or go to the doctor and get prescribed Prevacid. This is what I think anyway. Try to stay away from fatty, salty, spicy and fried foods. And you can take Tums every couple of hours, not the layer of esouphagus and feel the acid in your esouphagus, milk is the same, so you can drink the milk before bedtime for the level esouphagus, I can not really because I’m lactose intolerant, but you can take the bread before going to bed and that helps too.
