Hello! First, not only because she had unprotected sex during ovulation does not mean definitely pregnant. They took my husband and I a year filled with many ABSOLUTELY sex during ovulation (using a prediction and mapping) before it finally became pregnant. I think the chances of getting pregnant are about 20% if time from sex during ovulation. Everything depends on whether the swimmers reach the egg and fertilize. Sometimes they do, sometimes do not.
I've never had acid reflux until I got pregnant. He was horrible to me in the second quarter. Tums helped a lot, but I think that Zantac's fine too. Consult your doctor or Google to be sure, but I know that several of the counter remedies heartburn are good.
Good luck!

To my knowledge, only one 24-hour period can get pregnant while ovulating. But I do not know how long does the process of ovulation. Furthermore, sperm can live in your body for up to 2 or 3 days so you can still get pregnant even if you are not ovulating at the exact moment they're having sex. So if you were ovulating when they were having unprotected sex, then it's possible you're pregnant.
I had acid reflux before, during and after pregnancy. However, it was the worst when I was pregnant. I used Tums more than anything, but my doctor said I could use Zantac (which would work best). I can not remember what he said about Prilosec, but I'm pretty sure he said it also may be used. I'm not 100% sure, but it would not hurt to consult a doctor if you think you might be pregnant.

Talk to your doctor. Only your doctor can answer these questions on your body.
