I read the previous edition of this book and get the new edition. I’m good enough to buy the second edition.

If you have never seen the commercials on television during the evening news one would think that more or less in the United States is something wrong with your stomach. But not too far away.

I saw the TV spots encourage young people to take laxatives. />
This book is good because it gives examples of real life and not tell anyone to eat whenever pefectly which is basically impossible and even if possible, the person will probably die of monotony. For example, I used to eat 3 or 4 pork chops in a meal, but the book said that meat must be the most important part of the diet. This causes a loss of weight safely. />
The most important thing I think the exercise. The book says to go to a long walk every night.

If you do this, and also identify things that might not be able to digest such as milk should not have stomach problems too. There is no milk out now called “Lactaid”, adding lactose enzyme

    a. Those who do not do these things at the end trying to deal with problems of counter or prescription drugs instead of attacking the problem at source.

    ————— Updated 12/23/07 – Since I
read this book and wrote the original report that I learned more about diet. Hell I spent with my stomach is mainly by flooding my system with refined white sugar and other sweeteners such as high fructose corn syrup. White sugar is basically a poison to the body. soft drinks and candy companies are poisoning America and the real world with this shit.

; white sugar attacks and weakens the immune system. When I removed from my diet I lost my allergy to trees, grasses, mold and ragweed.

But beware sugar so-called ‘free’ candy and other things. They contain sugar alcohols, which are worse than white sugar. />
What you should look for is raw (not necessarily organic) sugar.

A discovery that has emerged in the field of natural health, keeping the right pH level in body chemistry.

I suffered for a year before this book came to my rescue. Once I started having shooting pains after I ate, a friend lent me his copy to find some relief. After an endoscopy and a trip to the emergency room with excrutiating pain, finally consulted the book and discovered that my problem may go beyond acid reflux. My second trip to the emergency room I insisted on having my gall bladder tests. The ER doctor is not interested in going this direction, but I calmed down and I have an ultrasound. This showed that I had an enlarged gallbladder and gallstones. I had surgery the next day to remove the gallbladder. If I had not read the book and reported, it is unclear how long he was to suffer (ER drug documents were satisfied me and send me home and not trying to understand what was wrong.) Guide to educate yourself when you know something wrong with your body, because doctors do not know everything. I had seen two doctors before, and had no idea that my gallbladder might be my problem. I recommend this book to those who have digestive problems.

If I could buy a book on the problems of the gastrointestinal tract, it should be. My copy is full of notes and highights I recommended to many of my friends. I found the technical jargon to be fairly easy to understand (yes, I know that I am a doctor, but trust me – appreciate the simplified lanauge too). The author also includes a nutritional aspect, but some information can be quite contradictory (check the kitchen section …). In general, I love this book and I took many a visit by Dr. is quite impressive.

I was under the care of a doctor for an ulcer for more than 6 months. Perscription medication to control acid production have been useful, but I developed a sensitivity to the drug. I followed the diet in this book for a month and I’m pain free! The best part of the author’s recommendations is that the recipes that includes specific guidelines on what to eat. And indeed, the food is good!
