What helped you when maximum strength Tums did nothing was about half teaspoon of baking soda mixed with about 12 grams of milk. I’m so serious, that was a great relief. . . It tastes salty, but it was sooo worth it! :)

You can try chewing gum with mint flavor that is, or anything else with the taste of mint. Besides this, you might talk to your doctor at your next check-up and he or she should be able to prescribe something for her.

I like antacid pills like candy and still does not help. I learned to stop eating and drinking 2 hours before going to bed. It has helped.

I agree with # 4.Bicarbonato Why soda mixed with water for me was all that helped! Just be sure to follow the correct proportions. Listed on the side of the box firing soda.Será salty taste and may take a bit ‘of water the next day, so if you have edema (severe swelling) is not in use.

I was getting so bad that acid can not sleep – and that rocks my body gives me a headache. The water with sodium bicarbonate needed a bit ‘, Tums seems to reduce to half its strength, and a glass of cold milk seems to do the best job on it – but it does not seem to go completely out. The milk helps me sleep well. Good luck!

I can say that sodium bicarbonate in water is not safe during pregnancy, especially if you have high blood pressure! It will make you retain water and cause electrolyte imbalance. At the counter Zantac is safe, and Tums. Sucking lemon drops, ginger is also a good remedy. The best thing to do is not eat two hours before bedtime stay away from spicy foods and drink plenty of water. Avoid acidic drinks such as soft drinks and juices. Nothing is going to take all your heartburn away, but it is too severe, discuss this with your doctor and there are prescription medications that are safe to take during pregnancy to help with this problem.

Avoid fatty, spicy and fried foods because they seem to cause heartburn. Beverages such as coffee, soft drinks, tea, citrus juices, and chocolate flavored drinks can also aggravate heartburn. You can also elevate the head of your bed. Pillow under the shoulders that work well for as long as the head and chest are higher than your feet. This helps prevent acid reflux into the esophagus. It will also help if you eat small frequent meals throughout the day. Eating three large meals just prepare to have heartburn. The last meal of the day should be eaten two or three hours before acostarse.También should avoid tight clothing. These clothes can only increase the pressure on the stomach and abdomen, which increases the risk of heartburn. Wait at least an hour after eating before bedtime. If you must lie, lie on your left. This position prevents acid reflux into the esophagus easily. For a fast, chewing gum after meals. Research has shown that chewing gum stimulates the flow of saliva. Contains useful bicarbonate helps to neutralize the acid flowing back into esófago.Espero this helps!
