My sister-in-law is pregnant. He has terrible heartburn. He tried Tums and all other medications you can take during pregnancy. Does anyone have any home remedies that are safe for use during pregnacy

I was very happy with Pepcid Complete. It is a chewable tablet as Tums, but it works very mejor.También should watch what you eat. Things like tomatoes or citrus fruits can cause problemas.También suggest sleeping with your head high and drink more water than normal.

Teaspoon of vinegar – I think it was the apple vinegar. I’ve seen in a natural remedy infomercial.

Sounds like it would not work. . . but it is. . . . 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (natural / organic is best) in a cup of boiling water, sweetened with honey or Splenda. It seems ideal for heartburn, he learned by accident when I was taking for a cold and stopped even the heartburn!

Almonds! Good for you and you really should stop heartburn! When I was pregnant (many years) was a package next to my bed and in my purse at all times. I ate a handful every time I had heartburn – day or night. Maybe someone reading this can explain why it works – all I know is that it does.
