This means that you will have less acid, but feel fully inflate get gas and I feel bad, because at least the digestion

no. The average life of these drugs is about 1-1. 5 hours, and do not inactivate each proton pump, and more are synthesized by gastric parietal cells. They do exactly what they say, to reduce the acid.
