While I was pregnant I said I can take the piss enough vitamin C and C plus your body does not need, so I think it would be good during lactation.

this is a good question, but I do not think so. I know that vitamins Strip care of your body, but I do not think that would draw a surplus of milk. probably put the right amount in the BM and the mother worried about reflux. “The good news is that milk always has a certain quality nutritionally, even if your diet is not perfect. However, the levels of certain vitamins such as vitamins B6 and C and minerals such as chromium in human milk is directly influenced by their food intake.’s why a nutritious diet is so important and why supplements can be a real asset. “Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is excreted in human milk. concentrations reported in milk vary from 24-158 g / mL (30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37 and 38). Infants in women with low nutritional status, milk vitamin C is directly proportional to the dose (31,32). supplementation with 4,200 mg of vitamin C produces a large quantity of milk 2461 g / mL (31). Similarly, another group of women with low intake of vitamin C supplementation with 34,103 mg / day given levels of 3455 g / mL (32). By contrast, studies in women who consume well-fed the RDA or more of vitamin C in their diets show that intake of higher amounts would not significantly increase levels of this vitamin in their milk (33 and 34). Although the total intake of vitamin C above 1000 mg / day, 10 times the RDA, has not significantly increased milk concentrations of vitamin C intake of children (36). However, the mother of the vitamin excretion increased significantly. *** These studies indicate that the excretion of vitamin C in human milk is adjusted to prevent exceeding a saturation level (36). *** “Http://drugsafetysite. Com / vitamin-c / say the recommended daily dose of vitamin C during breastfeeding is 95mg. So if you have taken more, had to pee outside to avoid exceeding the ‘ amount.
