Can a heartburn cause chest pain in the right area of your chest?

I’ve had chest pains on the left side, but that is all gone, after my reflux disease has been treated, right now my chest still hurts. Im not sure if this is still heartburn. Thank you.

    chest pain can be caused by heartburn, among other things. Other possibilities include referred pain from the neck / spine (cervical spondylosis) or a muscle strain
