Are There Any Recipes For Sauces, Marinades Or Dressing For Acid Reflux?

My age 12 years. daughter was diagnosed with Acid Reflux Disease yesterday. . . I can not seem to find any dressings or marinades for her. . . Is there any I can do myself or is there a website I can go for recipes to help me out here at home

      I guess I'll have to go by trial and error with the bandages, just remember to avoid tomatoes, all kinds of lime / lemon and spices too.

    Acid reflux and I basically stay away from nuts, tomatoes, caffeine, chocolate. I'm also on Nexium
