Any home remedies for dealing with Acid Reflux during pregnancy?

I am 24wks. pregnant and I just found out a month or more ago, I have acid reflux. The doctor prescribed medication. for this, but it seems that the bigger my uterus is the worst affected by acid reflux disease. I can get a terrible case tighting and began to cough continuously until literally vomit. I was wondering if anyone had any sugguestions or home remedies that can demonstrate that it can help. Thank you.

Avoid spicy foods and caffeine, two things worse uw / Acid Reflux. I’m pretty bad, and after about 4 days Protonix, I feel much better. . . Except that I eat well. . . stay away from tomato sauce. .

another to do your diet, drinking water, chewing gum, of course sugerfree and eat six small meals a day instead of 3 larger. This is not going to heal, but should help reduce symptoms. Your prenatal vitamins may also be the culprit.

Try to buy organc first apple cider vinegar. Take 2 teaspoons of the mixture with water or other drinks (I use cold tea) drink before dinner. Just start it before dinner, and after a couple of days does not help, try to drink too much before the meal.
