    the meat and bread is a good tip. thinking back i get heartburn a lot. i put it down to smoking too, but i just got it now and i have just had a ham sandwich. i will try to look out for this tip to see if when i eat a sandwich i get heartburn later. thanks.

    Ive had Acid Reflux all my life, im 25 and its coming back again. Its all about Dieting, what you eat and your weight. If you’re weight is lower its more less likely to bother you. Also, the #1 thing that i learned, do not mix Meats and Breads. That’s what causes it.
