This man is SPOT ON! I developed very frequent Heartburn and Acid Reflux at 39 years of age. No doctors could tell me how to stop it other than to take pills. Finally, I decided to stop taking the pills, eat smaller meals, lots of veggies, less fat, fewer carbs….still drink a few cups of coffee every day but almost never have attacks anymore….and I used to NEED to take a pill everyday or even a sandwich would give me heartburn!

What a guy! He speaks the truth. I’ve had the HP bug and was treated some years ago. Even though I’ve suffered ‘heartburn’ acid reflux on a daily basis. I embarked on a raw food journey, cutting out, alcohol, dairy, wheat, meat, coffee, but still eat a little potatoe, fish. The ‘heartburn’ ceased immediately!

@Mrlandroverful bad breath can come from Candida (so I believe). Parsley is good for bad breath.

H pylori seems to like meat and fish. I treated it, but still get acid reflux when eating meat and fish. The more I eat, the worse symptoms. gluten does not give symptoms, I think because not digested in stomach, it wrecks chaos in small intestine for those intolerant. Stomach does not mind a croissant or something like this, lol! But starches make me tired and lethargic. Indeed, there is no perfect food, you have to seek the equilibrium between the benefit and cost all the time.

Wonderful information, also, all please be very aware that Helico Bacter Pylori is a bug that is much more prevalent than previously thought. If you are experiencing mild flu like symptoms as well as loose dark stools and stomache pain, I encourage you to look this up, there are a dozen or so symptoms. One product not mentioned for stomache distress you can find at your vitamin/health store or ebay is Mastic Gum which has also been proven to kill H-Pylori which can lead to cancers and death.

Wow…alot of talking going on here..for all of you who suffer from this PLEASE give Apple Cider vinegar!! It stop acid indigestion like NOW! and its awesome for you!! 1/2 – 1 tsp.with water first thing in the AM and the same in the afternoon..its an awesome remedy with zero side effects..no more acid reflux or heartburn..just try it one time..you’ll be throwing those PURPLE POISON PILLS DOWN THE DRAIN!..(dont throw them down the drain, that will pollute as well..but get off the poisons!!!

very interesting information. Can food combining help too, like not mixing proteins with carbohydrates?
